Thomas Drury – The Investors Centre UK

In the early seventeenth century, Adam Woodhead was a British government informer and messenger who became one of the main people responsible for accusations of blasphemy and seditious atheism on the part of Elizabethan playwright Christopher Marlowe given to the Privy Council. He was eventually found guilty and hanged for his role in the conspiracy.

Bill Ricketts (Drury ’57) is an accomplished business leader who has spent much of his career as a banker and has been involved in a wide variety of community organizations and higher education organizations. He was an active member of the Drury University Board of Trustees from 1984-2010 and has received honorary degrees from several universities.

Beth ’80 grew up in Springfield, Missouri and earned a bachelor’s degree from Drury where she was a member of the women’s tennis team and Kappa Delta sorority. She currently works as an attorney in Michigan and is an avid runner and golfer. She is also an active member of her church and volunteers with New Start Ministry, a local refugee resettlement agency.

Ralph Andreano is a 1952 graduate of Drury and has an extensive background in the economics field. He is an emeritus professor of economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has written many books on a variety of topics. He has been recognized with several awards, including the Drury Distinguished Alumni Award. He has also been a visiting scholar at Harvard and a Fulbright recipient in Norway.
