MAYA EICHLER, postdoctoral fellow at CIS, has won the 2010 Jill Vickers Prize from the Canadian Political Science Association for her paper “Russia’s Soldiers’ Mothers: Contesting or Reinforcing Militarized Gender Roles?” The Jill Vickers Prize is awarded to the best paper on gender and politics presented at the annual conference of the Canadian Political Science Association.
